Gengið er niður að Elliðaá, hér er hægt að upplifa náttúruna án þess að fara út fyrir borgarmörkin. Orkusaga Íslendinga er sögð á loftslagstorginu þar sem gufuborinn Dofri, verðmætasta vinnuvél Íslendinga, er sestur í helgan stein og loks fyrsta rafstöð Reykjavíkur skoðuð þar sem finna má yfir 100 ára gamlar vélar.
Hádegisverður á einstöku kaffihúsi, Elliða, þar sem hægt er að gæða sér á tveggja eða þriggja rétta máltíð í takt við umhverfið allt úr íslensku hráefni.

Experience the unique environment around Elliðaárstöð and enjoy a lunch by the riverside. Nature in the heart of the city, a salmon river, a waterfall, forest and the history of energy in Iceland all in one place.
The tour begins by the riverside where you can experience the nature of Iceland without having to leave the city. The history of energy in Iceland is told by the steamdrill Dofri, the most valuable machine in Iceland, finally you are able to go into the first hydroelectric powerplant in Reykjavík where you will find machines that are over 100 years old.
Enjoy a carefully crafted two or three course lunch at a unique riverside café, Elliði, where all the ingredients are locally sourced and reflect the essence of Elliðaárstöð’s stunning natural surroundings.
